Spacious two-room apartment situated on the second floor

The apartment includes a spacious living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony with a sea view in front of the living room. A large side terrace connects the living room with the bedroom. Unlimited WiFi is available in the apartment, as well as on the rest of the premises.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, as they use double beds.

Spacious living room with a sea view

The living room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV set and a big couch. The couch can be converted to a double bed measuring 2m x 1,8m.

Well equipped kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, an electric ceramic hob, a microwave oven, and a fridge. There is also a kettle and a coffee maker. And a set of pots and pans, a set of plates, glasses, and utensils for six people.

Bedroom with double bed

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, a closet, and a chest of drawers. The two halves of the bed are not separable.

Shower room with a toilet

The apartment is equipped with its own 80-liter boiler, so the hot water is not shared with the other guests of the villa.

Terrace with a sitting place

The advantage of this apartment is that there is a spacious terrace connected with the living room and the bedroom. There is a table with four chairs for outdoor use and a retractable awning sun shade canopy.
