Two-room apartment situated on the third, uppermost floor

The apartment includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony with a sea view in front of the living room. Another balcony, on the side of the villa, is connected with the bedroom. Unlimited WiFi is available in the apartment, as well as on the rest of the premises.
The apartment is most suitable for two people, but it can accommodate 3 people or a family with up to 2 younger children, because there is a couch that can be turned into a bed.

Living room with a sea view

The living room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV set and a couch. The couch can be converted to a double bed measuring 1,9m x 1,4m.

Well equipped kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, an electric ceramic hob, a microwave oven, and a fridge. There is also a kettle and a coffee maker. And a set of pots and pans, a set of plates, glasses, and utensils for six people.

Bedroom with double bed

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, a closet, and a chest of drawers. The two halves of the bed are not separable.
The room has access to a balcony.

Shower room with a toilet

The apartment is equipped with its own 80-liter boiler, so the hot water is not shared with the other guests of the villa.
