Conditions of use of the apartments

1. An essential condition for a good rest is to have peace and quiet. Please do not make noise and do not disturb the other guests resting in the villa.

2. Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the villa.

3. The accommodation of unregistered persons is not allowed.

4. The use of electrical appliances may only take place in accordance with their intended purpose and in compliance with safety rules.

5. Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet bowl! The city sewer is located above the villa and the wastewater is pumped. Wet wipes and condoms thrown in the toilet create big problems clogging the pump.

6. Please, when returning from the beach, wash the sand from your feet at the outdoor fountain.

7. Please do not leave the air conditioning running when you leave the apartment. Do not leave the air conditioning running with doors and windows opened as well.

8. The swimming pool in front of the neighboring villa is privately owned. The owners do not agree to be used by our guests. Please do not use the pool.
